Attention Incoming Freshmen!

This application is NOT for incoming freshman who are applying for the MAPPS program. That application will accesible on the district website beginning January 17. This application is only for current Mosley students or incoming students who wish to apply for entry into the MAPPS program.


We have divided the application form into three different sections: Candidate Information, Candidate's Parent/Guardian Information, & MAPPS Application. Inside each section there are also tabs that have other information that needs to be filled out. You must complete each section before you can submit your application. MAPPS applications are due on February 13, and acceptance letters will go out on February 17. We strongly suggest that you type your Writing Sample in a word processor, and then copy and paste the sample into the form.
